Affordable e-signatures, client uploads and secure document exchange from Osmicro.

Australian businesses need to sign agreements, collect client documents and keep a clear record of the work. The software bill should be easy to justify. That is why we built Vukorix, our Australian-owned document platform, with plans starting at A$12.99 a month including GST.
Vukorix brings document signing, secure sharing, client uploads, reusable PDF templates and forms into one subscription. Solo is designed for one person. Business includes the account owner and three team members for A$19.99 a month including GST.
Vukorix is operated by Osmicro Networks Pty Ltd. This is our introduction to the platform we have built, and how it can fit into the everyday document work of an Australian business. You can read more about Osmicro and the team behind it.
A practical place to review your document software costs
If your business already pays for a signing tool, start with your current invoice. How many people need access? Which tasks does the subscription cover? Are you paying separately to request files or prepare forms?
Vukorix gives you a concrete alternative to compare against that bill. Both plans include all six core products, so you can choose the plan around your team size, storage and monthly workload. Check the features you rely on and try a routine workflow before deciding to move.
Send a PDF for signature and keep the record
With Vukorix E-Sign, you upload a PDF, add the people who need to sign and place their signature, name, date or initials fields. You can add a PIN or SMS access check before sending the signing link. SMS verification is offered for Australian mobile numbers.
Recipients complete the document in their browser without creating a Vukorix account. Your team can follow the signing progress, then download the completed PDF and its audit certificate. The signing record includes recorded events, timestamps and available access details.
Keep both files with your business records. Check the execution and witnessing requirements for the particular document before using any electronic signing service; an audit certificate does not decide whether a document is suitable for electronic signature.
Collect the documents you need in one request
Secure Receive gives clients a checklist and an upload link. You can distinguish required items from optional ones, set a due date and see what has arrived.
For example, a professional services firm can request a completed client details form and the supporting documents it actually needs. The team can review the outstanding items in the request instead of reconstructing them from an email chain. Clients can upload without creating an account.
Share files with access controls
Secure Share sends a controlled link rather than an email attachment. Choose an expiry date or view limit and, where appropriate, add an access check. You can also expire a link when access is no longer needed.
Treat the link carefully and choose protection that fits the material you are sending. Expiring a link cannot retrieve a copy somebody has already saved. A document-sharing tool also sits alongside your wider account and device security. Our work email compromise case study explains why those surrounding controls matter.
Reuse your PDFs and make forms easier to complete
The Document Library keeps your approved PDFs organised in folders. Start a fresh E-Sign draft from a saved template while the original library copy remains unchanged. Your team supplies and maintains the documents it is authorised to use.
Smart Forms works with the PDF you already have, including flat or scanned forms. Review the suggested fields, adjust them and send the form through Secure Receive or Secure Exchange. The completed PDF comes back with the related request or exchange. Field suggestions still need a person to check them.
Keep a two way document exchange together
Some work needs files to move in both directions. Secure Exchange keeps incoming files and outgoing documents in the same exchange. Standard mode also supports a message thread, Smart Forms and E-Sign items, so questions can stay with the documents they concern.
This is useful when a client sends supporting files, your team reviews them and then returns a document for completion. The exchange provides a record you can keep when the work is finished.

Request → Upload → Review → Sign → Done.
Understand how each workflow protects files
Vukorix stores documents in Sydney. Standard encryption protects files in transit and at rest, while allowing the processing needed for signing, forms and document previews.
Private mode adds browser-side encryption for supported file transfers in Secure Share, Secure Receive and Secure Exchange. E-Sign, Smart Forms, the Document Library and exchange messaging use Standard processing. Private mode is a specific choice for supported transfers, so check which workflow you need before you send.
Some service providers process information overseas. The security architecture explains the different protection paths, and the Privacy Policy identifies the relevant providers and locations.
Choose Solo or Business
Vukorix Solo costs A$12.99 a month including GST for the account owner. It includes 500 MB of storage, 40 client text messages and 15 AI document actions per calendar month.
Vukorix Business costs A$19.99 a month including GST for the owner plus three team members. It includes 2 GB of storage. Extra Business seats cost A$5.99 each per month including GST. Business has no monthly plan cap on text messages or AI document actions, with operational controls still applying.
Both plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars, with no required annual contract and no separate per-document charge. Storage, file-size limits and acceptable-use conditions still apply. See current Vukorix pricing and trial limits for the complete details.
Try one everyday workflow
Start with a sample agreement or a blank form, then check the process from your team's side and the recipient's side. Make sure the completed files and records fit the way you work.
You can try Vukorix free for 7 days, with no credit card required. Trial usage limits apply. Explore a signature request, a client upload or a controlled file share, then choose the plan that suits your business.
